Stamp and coin specialist Stanley Gibbons raises £13m with share placing to pay off debts and boost growth

Shares have fallen more than 90 per cent in a year. The share placing was deeply discounted at 10p a share but shares yesterday rose 17.5 per cent or 2.75p to 18.5p on its completion.
