Lord Ashcroft set for £11m payday after sports agency TLA Worldwide agrees takeover

The billionaire Conservative donor has an 11.8 per cent stake in TLA Worldwide, which is being bought by New York company Atlantic Alliance Partnership Corp for close to £100m.
