Frenchman Charged With Plotting Imminent Terror Attack

Authorities in Paris have filed terrorism charges against Reda Kriket, a 34-year-old Frenchman believed to have been part of an imminent terror attack and in possession of an explosives stockpile on an "unprecedented scale."
