Head of US’ Top Privacy Watchdog Group Resigns

The chairman of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board, an independent, bipartisan agency within the executive branch that determines the risks of counterterrorism programs to Americans’ constitutional rights, has suddenly resigned.
