Tense commuters, politicians: No more 'normal' in Brussels

BRUSSELS (AP) — Belgium's justice minister pleaded Tuesday for critics of Belgium's intelligence failures to focus on the hunt for those behind last week's Brussels attacks and November's massacre in Paris.
