March Intra-Syrian Talks Coincide With Two Major Steps Taken by Russia

UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura said that Russia announced withdrawal same day as the March round of intra-Syrian talks started and the US General Secretary John Kerry meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov happened at the last day of negotiations.
