Ernie Chambers' gun comment 'appalling,' legislative speaker says

Calling it "appalling," Speaker of the Legislature Galen Hadley took issue Thursday with Omaha Sen. Ernie Chambers referring to a white person bringing a semiautomatic weapon to the Capitol during an earlier debate.
