S.H. man to seek House District 17 seat as an independent

SWEET HOME — City Councilman Jeffrey Goodwin will kick off his campaign to represent District 17 of the Oregon House of Representatives, at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, at The Point Restaurant.
