B.C. cabinet might appoint interim privacy official

Premier Christy Clark’s cabinet may appoint a temporary replacement for B.C.’s privacy watchdog, after the abrupt departure of commissioner Elizabeth Denham caught MLAs who were planning to re-appoint her by surprise.
