Russky Island to Become Priority Development Area Once Investment Secured

A Russky Island priority development area (PDA) in Russia’s Far East will be set up as soon as the region secures concrete financial and investment plans, Presidential Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev said Thursday.
