Japanese People Have Long Hoped for Peace Treaty With Russia - PM Abe

The Japanese people have wanted to see their country's territorial disputes with Russia resolved and the signing of a peace treaty for a long time now,Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Thursday, adding that the two countries have been unable to achieve this since the end of World War II.
