DAILY BRIEFING: Sofa, So Good - Furniture retailer DFS posts 7% sales boost 

Profits for the year to January were £16.2m, compared to a loss of £14.4m the previous year. DFS announced an interim dividend of 3.5p per share – an increase of 12.9 per cent.
