Timothy Ash: Jaresko, favored as prime minister by reformers and Westerners, 'showing some fighting spirit'

All the talk in Kyiv in recent days has been for President Petro Poroshenko to annoint his man Volodymyr Groysman as prime minister over the next few days in a move which I think would risk the resignation of technocratic reformers in the administration.
