Reuters: Jaresko launches bid to lead technocrat government

Ukrainian Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko threw her hat into the ring on March 22 to head a technocrat government of people uncompromised by “a political past” after weeks of speculation over whether she would try to replace Arseny Yatsenyuk.
