HNC Submits Proposals on Syria's Political Transition to UN Special Envoy

The Syrian opposition's High Negotiations Committee (HNC) delegation head Asaad Zoubi said that HNC submitted to UN Special Envoy Staffan De Mistura a number of papers, including a paper on the fundamental elements for a political transition in Syria.
