Axa ceo Henri de Castries tipped to replace Douglas Flint as chairman at HSBC

De Castries, a member of French nobility, joined Axa 27 years ago and was appointed chief executive nearly 17 years ago. The 61-year-old took home a £4.2m pay packet for 2014.
