Vancouver Island man found dead in car near Sayward killed in ‘targeted attack’

A 30-year-old man found dead in his car near Sayward was the victim of a “targeted attack,” police say. Vancouver Island Mounties are investigating the death of John Dillan Brown, a Saanich resident whose body was discovered on March 12, according to a news release.
