Bill Foley, Hughes Corporation in talks to build NHL practice facility in northwest Summerlin

Bill Foley plans to build a two-sheet facility off Far Hills Avenue for his prospective NHL team near Interstate-215 in Summerlin on land that is owned by the Howard Hughes Corporation and is in the city of Las Vegas.
