Since 1984 the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have filled the television screens and hearts of people of all ages. TMNT fans and collectors have watched these four heroes, inspired by Renaissance Italian artists, from the original comic books published by Mirage Studios, to the animated television series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and ultimately to the silver screen.

From the collection of Stanley Wiater, author of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Treasury and creator of the original scripts for the daily newspaper series, is a grouping of over 400 items. This extensive collection includes the original manuscripts for the plotting and development of the original TMNT comic book scripts, the scripts for the first daily newspaper series, sketches and completed artwork for these early entries by artist Dan Berger.

Additionally, this archive includes revealing correspondence between series writers and artists, extensive notes for the project that became the Teen Mutant Ninja Turtles Treasury, rare photographs and much more.
