DA welcomes judgement against cops removing MPs

The Democratic Alliance (DA) described as a “victory for democracy and accountability” the Constitutional Court’s finding that the Speaker of the National Assembly cannot order security forces to remove a parliamentarian causing a disturbance in the House.
