Finance MEC says scalpel will be taken to KZN’s bloated public entities

KwaZulu-Natal public entities cost the province about R2.5 billion a year and this‚ said provincial MEC for finance Belinda Scott‚ “is where the fat is and it needs to be trimmed”.
