Conditions Created to Ensure Daesh Defeat in Syria’s Palmyra

All conditions for the encirclement and final defeat of Daesh terrorist group terrorists in the Syrian city of Palmyra have been created, the Russian General Staff’s Main Operational Directorate said Friday.
