Wall Street Journal: Bank of Russia keeps rates on hold

MOSCOW - The Bank of Russia held interest rates unchanged on Friday, and hinted it may keep rates at this level for longer because of still high inflationary risks, sending the battered ruble to its highest level so far this year.
