Shultz says Putin unlikely to be declared persona non grata in EU

BRUSSELS – European Parliament President Martin Schulz, speaking about received from President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko the list of persons who fabricated case against the Ukrainian pilot and parliamentarian Nadia Savchenko, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin was unlikely to be declared persona non grata in the European Union.
