Viktor Krasnov, who lives in Stavropol in Russia, is facing trial for commenting “There is no God” under a post in Vkontakte social network. Krasnov is accused of offending the feelings of the believers – an offence that is punished by a fine or a prison term of up to three years. He was also forced to undergo a psychological examination.
