Arsenal great Keown: No Champions League will not change Chelsea transfer plans

Arsenal defender Martin Keown has stated his belief that Chelsea will remain an attractive destination for players next season despite the lack of Champions League football.

Following their disappointing elimination from the Round of 16 of the Champions League at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea seem set to miss out on Europe's elite club competition next year for the first time in 13 years.
