NHP expecting speedway traffic to move ‘smoothly’ after Kobalt 400

Nevada Highway Patroll is preparing for speedway traffic with traffic control units and extra cars as the Kobalt 400 comes to an end, according to State Trooper Chelsey Stuenkel.
