Leading UK Think Tank Begrudgingly Admits Success of Syrian Ceasefire

The Syrian ceasefire is holding, Keir Giles, an analyst from the British think tank Chatham House, begrudgingly suggests. At the same time, he bizarrely argues, it only serves to benefit Russia, and is "bad news for the West in the long term."
