Tourney insider notes: Spethman makes curtain call for Spartans' title

Lincoln East dedicated its state championship win Saturday to starting senior guard Caroline Spethman, who was unable to play against Millard West because of a concussion suffered in the fourth quarter against Millard South in Friday’s semifinals.
