Steve Cahalan: Mexican Tamales restaurant to open in Onalaska

Rafael Mendoza and his wife, Mariana Acevedo, plan to open Mexican Tamales restaurant sometime in May at 306 Sand Lake Road, across from the Center 90 shopping center in Onalaska.
