Wind could wreak havoc in Kobalt 400 at LVMS

It’s the wind that has everybody fretting. The forecast is for stiff 30 mph breezes under partly cloudy skies with cooler temperatures. Friday’s high was 80 degrees; it’s supposed to be 64 Sunday.
