McClelland, Wiebke lead locals at WIAA state gymnastics

WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. — Viroqua High School senior Jozie McClelland placed among the top 10 in three events on her way to an eighth-place finish in the Division 2 all-around Saturday at the WIAA individual state gymnastics meet.
