Brazil President Holds Emergency Meeting Following Predecessor's Arrest

Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff on Friday convened an emergency meeting of the Cabinet ministers following the detention and interrogation by the police of her predecessor Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, media reported.
