Steinmeier says OSCE to draw up concept for security mission for elections in Donbas

The "Normandy Four" has asked the OSCE to develop a concept for the deployment of an international mission, which will support the parties of the conflict in Donbas in provision of the necessary security during elections there, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said.
