Preventing Attacks by Daesh Members With EU Passports 'Difficult'

Stopping Daesh terrorists who already have EU passports from attacking European targets is "a difficult thing to prevent," the former head of the UK’s National Counter Terrorism Security Office, Chris Phillips, told Sputnik.
