Ukraine notifies England High Court of intention to defend all claims on 'Russian' $3 billion bonds – Finance Ministry

Ukraine on March 3 filed with the High Court of Justice of England and Wales its acknowledgement of service indicating its intention to defend all of the claims brought against it by The Law Debenture Trust Corporation Plc relating to the alleged Russian debt on $3 billion in eurobonds.
