Sanctions Against N.Korea Not Affecting Russian Railways’s Rajin Project

New package of sanctions against North Korea adopted by the United Nations Security Council on Wednesday does not affect the trilateral Rajin-Khasan railway project, the Russian Railways company said Thursday.
