​Allardyce shocked as ex-Sunderland winger Johnson guilty on child sex charge

Sunderland boss Sam Allardyce has told BBC Newcastle that Adam Johnson's guilty plea on a child sex charge was a "massive shock" to him.

On Wednesday, Johnson was convicted of one count of sexual activity with a girl aged 15.
