Armenian Opposition Slams Government’s ‘Secret’ Electoral Code Drafting

Representatives of the Armenian opposition have accused the government of ignoring their opinions in drafting key legislation ahead of next year’s parliamentary elections that will be held in conditions of the amended Constitution.
