OSCE Special Representative believes in local elections in Donbas in 2016

MINSK - OSCE Special Representative Martin Sajdik said, responding to a question from Interfax on Wednesday in Minsk following a meeting of the contact group on whether local elections can be conducted in Donbas before the end of 2016, that he is confident that the local elections in Donbas will be conducted before the end of this year.
