Over 12 Injured in Blast Near Indian Consulate in Eastern Afghanistan

More than 12 people, mostly civilians, were injured in a bomb explosion near the Indian consulate in the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad in Nangarhar province on Wednesday, local media reported.
