Charleston BAR defers Sgt. Jasper project, asks for shorter tower

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- The Charleston Board of Architectural Review on Wednesday deferred voting on the Sergeant Jasper building, instead asking the developer to come back with plans for a shorter building.
