Dog gets taken away while sitting with it's owner

The dog was sitting with the owner in front of the house suddenly two-wheeled crane on the motorbike tossed the noose. The owner tried to save the dog was dragged by a group of them about 10 meters. Luckily the owner still retains his pet.
