Lewis Lovejoy goes for 42 points, ATAP thumps Center Line Prep 103-51 for regional title

CLAWSON — Arts and Tech Academy of Pontiac guard Lewis Lovejoy didn’t seem to be feeling any effects on Thursday of the evidently minor cramping issues he had two nights prior. The sophomore poured in 42 points and ATAP rolled Center Line Prep Academy 103-51 in Thursday night’s D3 regional championship. “Naw, not this game,” said Lovejoy, who usually goes through a rigorous workout pregame but had a banana and plenty of water to make sure the same issue didn’t plague him again.
