TOR needs more investment to supply beyond Ghanaian market — NPA boss

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Godwin Edudzi Tamakloe, has said the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) needs additional financial support to serve markets beyond Ghana.
