Tottenham open talks over £50m move for Bayern Munich teenager Mathys Tel but face competition from Chelsea, Arsenal, Man United and Aston Villa

Spurs' technical director Johan Lange was understood to have travelled to Munich on Wednesday to watch Tel play for Bayern in their Champions League win over Slovan Bratislava.
