Menino set for Atletico Mineiro move

RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec. 23 (Xinhua) -- Attacking midfielder Gabriel Menino is close to leaving Palmeiras to join Brazilian Serie A rival Atletico Mineiro, according to media reports.

The 24-year-old has agreed in principle to the transfer and is expected to undergo a medical in the coming days, Globo Esporte reported on Monday.
