New Delhi [India], December 15 (ANI): Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Mansukh Mandaviya is scheduled to flag off the 'Fit India Cycling Tuesdays' initiative on December 17 at Delhi's Major Dhyan Chand Stadium.
