FIFA paying Miami school fees for its $4.67m president’s daughter
December 11 – FIFA president Gianni Infantino, who has evaded criminal prosecution in Switzerland after public prosecutor investigations were withdrawn after months of investigations, is now under pressure in his home country for the expenses he draws from FIFA.
Swiss media is reporting that the schooling for one of his daughters is being paid for in Miami by FIFA, costing $5,000 per month.
FIFA has opened an office in Miami to run its 2026 World Cup and next year’s Club World Cup and has moved its legal department from its Zurich headquarters to the US.
