Zimbabwe: BCC Waives Highlanders' Shortfall

[The Herald] Innocent Kurira -- Bulawayo City Council (BCC) has resolved to waiver the US$890 shortfall in stadium hire fees owed by Highlanders FC which emanated from a supporters match boycott against ZPC Kariba in October.
